From the trail head, the trail is marked with yellow markers. The trail starts out crossing the Hudson River via a suspension bridge and then crosses Lake Jimmy over another bridge. The trail is mostly level during this section. After 0.8m you come to the junction with the Mt. Adams Trail to the left marked by red markers. |

From the junction with the Hanging Spear Falls Trail, the trail is marked with red markers. The trail starts out on a moderate climb and ends with steeper sections until you reach the summit of Mt. Adams after 1.6m. Mt. Adams has an old fire tower at the top that is unsafe to climb. Without the fire tower, there are no views from this summit. |
